We offer a luxury private transfer experience for travelers to Sun Peaks and the surrounding area. We are a small operation with only one vehicle that can accommodate mountain transfers and therefore work on a first booked arrangement. We require a 50% deposit to hold your date and time of transfer, with the remainder due the week prior to your transfer. All billing is done through email and a link is provided in the invoice email for on-line payment.


Our vehicle is suitable for up to 8 people, depending on the amount of luggage that you have with you. We do not provide car seats for those who are under the age requirement, but there are a few places with which a car seat can be secured to the seats. As this is a private transfer service, we only offer one rate, regardless of the number of passengers. We do not put 2 or more groups together in the same vehicle as a shuttle service would.


We service all flights in and out of YKA, regardless of time. We do have an additional fee of $100+ 5% gst for pick ups that originate between midnight and 6 a.m., from either the airport, or your hotel, rental, etc. We offer service in and out of YLW for all flights, but the same additional fee applies, but as it is approximately a 2 hour drive, the fee applies to flights arriving before 8 a.m., or departing after midnight. At present we do not offer pick ups from YVR, but will certainly offer private transfer service for all outbound flights.


We offer a door to door service. We will pick you up or drop you off as close to the terminal as possible, typically out front of the arrival and departure areas. If you are being picked up at a hotel, we will drop off and pick up as close to the front doors as possible. If you are in a vacation rental property, we will pick you up or drop you off at the front door, or as close to it as possible as we can. For incoming flights, we will watch the arrival time and ensure that if your flight is early, or running behind, that we will be there on time. Our chauffeurs will assist with your luggage in and out of the vehicle. There is always bottled water provided for all guests as well.

When booking, we require the following information:

- First and Last name

- Home address

- Drop off location, or pick up address

- Flight number if applicable

- Email address

- Number of people in your party (adults, children)

- Total number of bags (suitcases, ski bags, etc)


We do not charge a mandatory gratuity for our drivers, but they would happily accept a gratuity for services.


In addition to the below pricing, we also offer other services such as to be able to head to town for a day of shopping and dining, to catch a hockey game, concert, play, or other special occasions. * While we will do our best to be there for your arrival, winter weather can sometimes prevent us from getting there on time.
** Due to the Volatility of the air travel industry in the wintertime, we do not offer pick ups from the Vancouver Airport.
*** We offer pick ups from hotels and residences in Vancouver, Burnaby and all other lower mainland cities.
